Recruiting a Technical Support Consultant with 2 years experience at least.
We are looking to strengthen our team by recruiting a technical support consultant within the TALYS Solutions Business Unit.
Tasks & Main Responsibilities :
- Identifying the anomalies reported by the customer and assisting in their resolution.
- Attending functional workshops to gather customer needs.
- Assisting the client with the system’s testing.
- Implementing the change management actions and training the end-users ,
trainers and admins (drafting the training material, moderating
the training sessions)
Requirements :
- An engineering or a bachelor degree in computer science with good editorial and relationship qualities.
- Strong analytical skills, the sense of attention and the ability to respond with precision.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in information systems integration.
- Technical skills :
- Talend (beginner)
- SQL, PL SQL (advanced)
- Reporting on Jasper or SSRS (advanced)
- Linguistic skills :
- French
- English
